Terms & Conditions

The following terms and conditions apply to the use and placement of orders by customers (further referred to as ‘you’) on (henceforth referred to as ‘we’, ‘NADA VAN DALEN’ or ‘us’). 

Orders can only be placed by persons that are 18 years or older. NADA VAN DALEN reserves the right to change or adjust the Terms and Conditions at any time. The date of the latest update can be found under ‘Last update’ aboves. Each order is subject to the Terms and Conditions of the version that was in force at the date of submitting the order.

Placing orders

Placing orders through the NADA VAN DALEN online store is exclusively possible through the acceptance of these terms & conditions. Upon placement of an order you will receive a confirmation of this order and another one upon shipment. NADA VAN DALEN reserves the right to cancel any order without notification of reason. Upon cancellation you will be duly notified and your payment returned.


At NADA VAN DALEN we try our utmost best to provide you with accurate pricing on our online store. We are still human, however, and errors may occur. Therefore NADA VAN DALEN reserves its right to change the pricing of items at any time.

All prices are inclusive of standard Dutch Value Added Tax (21%) and exclusive of shipping costs. During checkout your shipping costs will be calculated depending on the amount, size and weight of your selected items. 


All payments through are handled through a third party ( NADA VAN DALEN does not accept any liability for issues occurring during or after the use of the services of Mollie. 

Accepted forms of payment are Paypal and iDeal only. Credit card payments are handled through Paypal. Upon reception of payment your order will be completed and shipped to the address you provided.


At NADA VAN DALEN we try to capture and describe the colors of our items as precisely as possible. However due to the variable color settings on each device and the difference between RGB and CMYK there may occur a discrepancy between the colors you see on the store and the colors in real life. We aim to minimize the difference as much as possible and strive to provide you with the most realistic expectation of the colors as possible. NADA VAN DALEN cannot be held accountable for any color differences.

Returns & Refunds

Any private customer has the right to a return and refund within 14 days of purchase on items with a regular price. Special offers, discounts and/or bespoke items cannot be refunded. To return an online purchase the item must be returned in its original condition. For a full refund or exchange you are required to provide us with the original invoice. Please note that we do not accept pieces that are worn, used, altered or damaged. Please contact our customer service if you wish to return or exchange an item.

Please note that returned items are still in original shape and usable for new orders. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges of returned products, unless otherwise specified by NADA VAN DALEN. 

Defective items

Should you receive a defective item, please contact us as soon as possible. Upon contact you will be asked for photographs of the defect so NADA VAN DALEN can judge whether the defect was caused on the part of NADA VAN DALEN or on the part of the customer. Defects through abuse, misuse or long-term use will not result in a return and refund. If your defect is deemed a fault on the part of NADA VAN DALEN, we will handle all return shipment costs and provide you with either an exchange or refund.

Shipping & Customs

NADA VAN DALEN strives to process and ship all orders within 1-2 workdays. All shipping is handled through PostNL and PostNL Abroad, and you will be provided with a Track & Trace option if available. Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout and must be payed by the customer. Please note that different regions may apply different shipping fees. NADA VAN DALEN is not responsible for any non-EU customs fees that may occur upon shipment, so keep this in mind when ordering from a non-EU country.
